How quickly will I receive my media?
Photos are next morning. Your edited gallery, including drone stills, lands in your inbox before 9am the day after the shoot. Video tours and reels take a little longer to cut with care, typically a few business days. Need photos sooner? Same-day rush is available for a flat $75 add-on (book by 11am, delivered by 9pm). Every gallery comes through a private branded link you can forward straight to your seller or MLS coordinator.
How do I book a shoot?
The fastest way is the online booking portal. Pick your package, date and time, drop the property address, and add lockbox or gate notes. You get instant confirmation, and we follow up the same day. Prefer to text? Send the address and date to (702) 885-6339 and we’ll set it up for you.
What areas do you serve?
We cover the entire Las Vegas valley with no travel fee: Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and Boulder City. For listings outside the valley (Mesquite, Pahrump, Mt. Charleston, Lake Las Vegas estates beyond the gate) just ask for a custom quote. We also travel to Utah and Arizona for portfolio listings on request.
How should the home be prepared?
A clean, staged home shoots better, and faster. Make beds, clear counters and bathrooms, hide trash cans and pet bowls, open all blinds, and turn every light on (including lamps and vent hoods). Cars out of the driveway. Toilet seats down. Our shooter will help you spot-tidy on arrival, but the more dialed-in the home is when we walk in, the more we can shoot in the time we have.
Do you offer drone photography and video?
Yes. We are FAA Part 107 licensed, and we carry $1M liability insurance for drone work. Drone stills are included by default in our Signature and Cinematic packages, and available as an add-on to any package. Drone video reveals are part of every Cinematic package. We can’t fly in restricted airspace near Nellis or Harry Reid Intl. We file the proper authorizations where possible, and in the rare case we still can’t fly, we’ll add extra virtual twilight or virtually staged photos instead.
Are floor plans included?
Yes. Every photo package includes a clean 2D schematic floor plan with room labels and approximate dimensions, delivered alongside your gallery. It’s the kind buyers actually study on the listing.
